At Cricket Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the cricket equipment in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
